The Services may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials. Any submission you make will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
AI Translation Services
Our AI translation services, including voice preservation technology, are provided for legitimate communication purposes. By using these services, you agree that:
- You will not use translation services for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
- You will not use voice cloning technology to impersonate others without consent
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you translate
- Translations are provided "as is" and may not be 100% accurate
- We may improve our AI models using anonymized usage data

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and we both hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.
Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
